First, she has been able to help with her unique problems and secondly the education I have received with someone who will talk with you and tell you what is going on. VERY, VERY good. October 2009 my husband and I had to make a flying trip to be fit into the schedule due to our Guinea Pig "Simba" being deathly ill, and Dr. Melissa and Alexis, and the rest of the team were awesome in helping us make his last breaths the easiest possible. A week later I started his brother "Porky" going there and he loves to be boarded and get all the attention of the front desk!! So if you have been in a met him you know he is a as Melissa says "A SuperStar" !! He is precious. I know take our puppy "Spud" there as well! We will continue taking all our animals and telling everyone we know to go here! They also were so compassionate to us the "humans" during times of sickness and loss of family!! The team is awesome!! "Grandy" aka Sandy Robinson (Leigh's Mom) Posted : 10/20/2010 Comments : Thank you so much for the care, love and concern you show for pets, but also for their "humans". It was so very hard for Leigh to have to let Pippi go, but Dr. Melissa and the staff were so kind to Pippi and Leigh. Letting Pippi's "brother" Buddy, go back and see her after she was gone was a wonderful thing too! Buddy is still grieving. Thank you so much for all you do! The pets don't mind going to see ya'll at all! |
